The run up to Xmas will no doubt see more attacks on warehouses and similar storage facilities were alcohol and cigarettes are held.
In
this case the offenders cut through a perimeter fence and lay in wait
for the guard to carry out his patrol. The guard, on passing the point
of entry was subject to a violent attack.
The
offenders then attacked the second guard who was in the security gatehouse.
This attack came as a surprise as the criminals were inside the property.
With both guards disabled, the offenders continued with their crime and
made good their escape.
